In the heart of Maskat, a historical museum, an administrative building for the National Museum and the first public place are being built. The Bayt Sayyid Nadir bin Faisal & Bayt Sayyida Muzna bint Nadir buildings are among the last five remaining historical buildings in Maskat. Omani culture is characterised by modesty. Its architecture is direct, pure and archaic. Tom Strala was commissioned with the architecture, landscape architecture, exhibition concept and design.
